Billy Hamersley

 I started painting during lockdown, although I’ve always been interested in art

and I was forever drawing when I was younger.

I enjoy painting for the escapism it brings me, as well as the sense of achievement

that comes from creating something that didn’t exist before. 

I mostly paint landscapes in oil, but have also painted some pet portraits and other subjects.
