Munnings Cafe Exhibition Turn 3

1st Turn is 2nd April - 11th June - Finished

3rd Turn is 20th August until the Museum closes in October - exhibition form available below

An opportunity to give some existing work an ‘outing’ and get some appreciation especially as at the Cafe you can exhibit work exhibited recently.

Interested in exhibiting? You can exhibit in any Turn or all 3. Separate forms for each Turn.

Please fill out and submit the exhibition form for Turn 3 by Friday 10th August 2024.

A copy of your submission form will be emailed back to you in a few days, after you submit it..

Please deliver your art work for Turn 3 to the Munnings Garden Cafe between 10:30am - 11am on Tuesday 20th August, 2024.

Instructions

Framed paintings - Until we have a response from all members it is difficult to say how many framed paintings we can hang in the cafe.

Could you please list up to 3 paintings you would like to exhibit. The 1st two paintings will have priority.

• all paintings must be framed to a professional standard with d-rings and wire or cord.

•oil, acrylic paintings are permitted on a canvas box without frame as long as the box canvas frame has a d-rings and wire or cord fitted on the reverse.

•Artist name, medium, the title, price and contact details must be displayed on the reverse.

• Artwork must have a secure method of hanging and correctly labelled before it can be exhibited.

Folios can be original artwork or prints. No unframed canvas boards permitted as folios as these are too heavy.

Please list up to 3 folios.

These must be:

• No bigger than A3 in size, landscape orientation.

•backed with card or mount and wrapped in cellophane

•clearly priced with a sticker on the front

•clearly labelled on the reverse with the tile & artist name.

Greeting cards can be included. Up to 8 individual cards or the equivalent packs of cards must be presented in cellophane and be clearly priced with a sticker.

The Munnings Garden Cafe, Museum or Dedham Art Society are not responsible for loss or damage to any artwork. By participating in this exhibition artists accept they submit all their work at their own risk & may wish to insure their own work for loss or damage. By completing and submitting this form I agree to the above and that my work may be photographed and promoted online and in the press as part of the exhibition by either the cafe, the Munnings Museum and the Dedham Art Society.
